Matt’s deep and diverse skill set comes from serving more than 11 years at a Big 4 accounting firm. He has served clients ranging from large multi-national SEC registrants with global footprints, to small- to medium-size private-equity-owned clients, including private equity funds in the leveraged buy-out, mezzanine debt, co-investment and fund of funds specialization. His seasoned background keeps him well-versed in leading discussions with client personnel, including C-Suite executives, regarding significant accounting matters.

Matt is experienced in numerous functional CPA disciplines, including knowledge of several international GAAP jurisdictions such as IFRS, SEC reporting, and advisory, Sarbanes Oxley implementation, and compliance, among others. He leverages his skillset to provide peace of mind to his clients by helping them navigate the ever-changing complex rules and regulations that businesses face. Matt excels at developing innovative and practical business solutions to complex business problems in a proactive manner that increases efficiency, improves existing processes, and ultimately, reduces cost.
