Rick Fedorovich Named to Leadership Roles for Cleveland Leadership Center and Ohio Society of CPAs

Richard C. Fedorovich, CPA, has been named chair of the Cleveland Leadership Center board and was appointed to the board of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

Rick was elected board chair of the Cleveland Leadership Center at its 2020 annual meeting. The Cleveland Leadership Center is a long-standing community advocacy organization comprised of leaders from across the spectrum who are committed to driving greater civic engagement. In this role, Fedorovich, a graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2015, will help drive strategy and direction for the organization.

The Columbus-based OSCPA welcomed Rick as one of its newest board members. The OSCPA develops programs that support the accounting profession in the state, as well as working with government leaders to drive policy-making that advances Ohio’s economic and business environment.

Rick joined BMF in 1980, becoming a partner in 1982 and managing partner in 1996. In addition to his leadership role with the firm, Rick continues to work with privately-held, middle-market high-growth clients in a variety of industries. Rick earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Akron and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of CPAs and industry association Allinial Global, where he is the strategic planning committee chair. He is active in a variety of civic organizations and holds leadership roles in many, including the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, Cleveland Clinic, Business Volunteers Unlimited, Greater Akron Chamber, Akron Community Foundation, Archbishop Hoban High School and The University of Akron College of Business Administration among others.
