Stephanie serves as our Strategic Communications & Engagement Manager playing a pivotal role in shaping BMF’s narrative both internally and externally. Serving as the firm’s storyteller, she crafts compelling narratives to convey BMF’s brand and message, fostering transparency and empowerment to the public and among employees by delivering strategic messages from firm leadership.

In addition to her communications responsibilities, Stephanie spearheads engagement initiatives within the community, strategically positioning BMF in key spaces and platforms to enhance the firm’s visibility and encourage staff involvement. She also takes a proactive approach to staff development, championing BMF’s Professional Development Series aimed at enhancing soft skills, relationship building and network development.

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Stephanie leverages her expertise to guide individuals, executives, and teams toward realizing their full potential by harnessing their innate talents. Through collaboration with internal and external professionals, she empowers individuals to achieve their priorities, overcome challenges, and cultivate stronger partnerships. By applying CliftonStrengths principles, Stephanie enables managers to drive higher performance and helps individuals live their best professional and personal lives.

Stephanie’s commitment to professional development extends beyond BMF, as she frequently presents on marketing, professional development and strengths-based development to various audiences, including executives and professionals, community organizations, college students and global accounting associations. Furthermore, she serves as a mentor and coach, particularly advocating for the advancement of women in their careers. She serves on the board of ACCESS, Inc. and has held leadership roles in multiple Chambers of Commerce while volunteering for various community organizations. She is a member, advocate and frequent patron of The Nightlight Cinema in Akron.

With her enthusiasm, creativity and organizational skills, Stephanie continues to foster valuable connections and drive impactful initiatives at BMF.
